Imperial Biker Scout Full Finished Armour (Return of the Jedi)
*Please Note - This is a fully finished hand made armour set, 3d printed from my own design, hand built, filled, sanded and custom painted to your specification. This is a listing for all ‘Finished Hard Parts’ of the Bikers Scout armour.
You will need to source the soft parts (under suit, boots, gloves etc.) from a company who specialises in them.
This is my favourite trooper! Every detail, line and contour has been meticulously researched and crafted after the original prop in order to produce one of the most accurate replicas available!
There are two versions of the helmet - One with real nose vents and rear grills or a solid version with decals. The solid version with Decals are a 501st requirement if you are submitting your costume for approval.
We scale to your specific body size and shape! 3D printed, filled, sanded, the chest and back is reinforced with fibre glass for strength so it’s super strong and (unlike Vacume-formed armour, they’re light-weight for trooping! The parts are then primed, painted and lacquered. Armour can come clean or weathered, or for any custom paint job you require, please add a note to your order.
