Clone Trooper Phase II Live Action Helmet 3D Print Files (Obi Wan Kenobi)

A very modular Clone Helmet!
After years of making clone helmets and coming across all the little annoying things like sanding difficult areas and paint masking, we wanted to make a Clone Trooper built for builders!
So we started from scratch and re designed everything from the ground up using our brand new Live Action Style Helmet as our first build friendly base.
The Live Action helmet has some subtle but important changes to the design; The tube stripes are now physically indented, there is no neck ring making it easier to scale and get on/off your head. The Rebreathers are slightly larger, as are the ear commlinks. The grey head band is marginally taller, the rear dial and vent are both completely blank and slightly wider.
Now for the new changes in build design…
The main helmet is split into 3 main parts (front, back and dome) which join together with male/female location points. The ears are completely separate making it easier to print in higher detail and get into sand those pesky channels and also glue on with location points. As is the black band! This, many will know is notoriously difficult to mask and paint cleanly, now you can just paint it separately in one go and glue together. No annoying tape! Another part we’ve equally freed up is the grey nose grill. Just spray it and slot into place!
Literally, the only thing you now have to mask on this helmet is the grey indented head band and any regiment accents you want to do.
We’ve also separated the rear vent and circular dial - AND… we’ve included both the blank versions accurate to the Obi Wan Kenobi series live action helmet as well as the accurate Return of the Sith versions where the dial is ribbed and the vent has vertical indentations incase you want to swap and change.
On the vocoder we’ve joined all the tiny fiddly components together as one so the only thing you need to paint after black is the chrome central bar.
We’ve also included a printable paint stencil for the tube stripes!
The rebreathers come as a textured paintable version, or in two parts for real mesh to be added.
We’ve also included a printable wire mesh to use in place of window screen for the nose grill and rebreathers.
The shaped Visor is included to cast or vacuum form and there’s a flat printable visor version to draw around as an outline which perfectly slots into the inside of the helmet.
As the helmet is already designed in pre split parts you should have no issue fitting them on small printer beds.
There are also multiple variations of the helmet (with mixtures of rear dials, vent formation - both with and without visor etc.) as a whole ‘one part’ versions of the helmet in both 100% scale and 1/6th scale for figure makers.
This really is our most build friendly Clone Trooper ever!
