Imperial Tie Fighter Pilot Helmet & Commpad 3D Print Files (A New Hope)

PLEASE NOTE: This is a digital 3D print file, not a physical helmet.

The amazing Tie Fighter Pilot Helmet design by John Mollo and based on the wonderful artwork of Ralph McQaurrie.

As with all of our helmet designs, we meticulously researched this one to get not just the original scale and shape right or all the contours, but all the little details that were on the original helmet. Everything is to align with 501st approval and make the most accurate replica of this amazing helmet!

We’ve also offered some alternate versions in the same pack; Firstly the front mask comes with and without the nose grill cut out so you can add real mesh - either falls in line with 501st requirements, as well as two versions of the forehead retainer clip greeblies as some used different ones. We also added a Brucey bonus after stumbling across a rare but screen used helmet different to all the others that had an Imperial Commpad on the back instead of the usual pill box which we thought was awesome so we made that available too!

There are two versions of the face mask; an open nose grill version to add real wire mesh to or an original solid face version to paint.

The Commpad is also scaled to fit on the wrist for your costume.

This helmet has been designed to be accurate scale to the original prop which were very large. Aerator holes are sized to fit a 38mm ribbed hose when printed at 100% scale.

If you have a small printer bed there's pre cut versions of the main helmet and face in the 'SPLIT' folder in 2 halves, 4 and 8 parts.

All parts are seperate fro easier printing, building and painting.
