Necronomicon Ex Mortis (Book of the Dead) 3D Print Files (The Evil Dead II, 1987)

“Legend has it that it was written by the dark ones. Necronomicon Exmortis. Roughly translated, book of the dead. The book served as a passageway to the evil worlds beyond.
It was written long ago, when the seas ran red with blood. It was this blood that was used to ink the book.
In the year 1300 AD, the book disappeared.”
We have lovingly crafted in high detail, the famous Necronomicon after the original screen used prop. For accuracy, this version did not have the ear on the back.
There are four versions of the book in these files: One completely flat, one completely folded with separate page insert block - or, folded with pages as a whole one part, and one that is folded with separate page insert, as well as split into the front, spine and back covers independantly.
The idea being; that you can print in flexible TPU and choose the right version (folded or flat). Or print in regular resin or PLA and either paint it as a standalone prop complete with fake page insert, or create your own real paper pages and join the separate front and back covers and spine on the inside with fabric so that it folds open naturally. If you didn’t want top sand or paint, you could even use a thin sheet of real leather, softened in warm water and tease it into the details of the outside.
SIZE -Accurate to the film scale.
The Folded Book measures approx: H 264mm x W 199mm x D 67mm
The Flat version book measures approx: H 264mm x W 428mm x D 30mm
