This is our personal favourite of all the Star Wars helmets. So we put a lot of effort into getting it as accurate as possible! Lovingly crafted after the original screen used prop.

There are two versions; a screen accurate one with the nose of the mask filled in and the rear vents of the helmet also filled in to allow for grill decals which is a requirement for 501st approval, as well as a version with real seperate vents and nose grill for your preference.

Darth Revan

Knights of the Old Republic II

Revan/Darth Revan - whichever you choose to be, is one of the most fascinating characters from the game Knights of the Old Republic. We designed ours after the original Video game model as well as comic book art.

The front and back parts of the helmet join with 8 x (4mm x 8mm neodymium magnets). The smaller accessories are all separate for easier printing and building.

Tusken Raider TBOBF

The Book of Boba Fett

The fantastic Tusken Raider! This is a very similar kit based on our extremely popular 'A New Hope' style Tusken but with some subtle changes to be more accurate to TBOBF and now with a bunch of even more improvements.

Binoculars are bigger, less conical and more cylindrical, with no slits. The Top spikes are shorter and thicker and the top spike placement has been relocated to be higher and with multiple holes for different formations.

From this kit you can make any member of the Tribe including the Tusken Child, Tusken Warrior - or your very own custom version.

There’s new holes in the cheeks to allow for easier placement of the blood spitters as well as the eye holes. Both have glue bases to thread from the inside of the helmet.

The mouth has been reduced in size to allow for the layers of leather. It has also been reshaped and the mouth hole position moved higher, made smaller and more square.

The Nose has thinner slits which are slightly off set accurate to the show.

The Respirator has been elongated and reduced in diameter.

The Respirator tube is included as a printable part however, we recommend using 5mm flexible craft wire which is a diameter required for 501st approval.

The main update is that the helmet is now spit into two with holes so you can add flexible ribbon in between to stretch over your head. Whereas before the bottom hole limited us in scale (for bigger heads we had to print bigger and thus looked oversized). This update allows us to print it at a 10% smaller scale making it more accurate in size, whilst retaining the structure and rigidity of the helmet/under-mask as it can now stretch over your head.

All parts are separated for easier printing, building and painting. The helmet also comes in a whole one part at both 100% scale for sizing and 1/6th Scale for figure makers.

There is also a Test ring of the main helmet for scaling.

The front mask and snout are also split for smaller printer beds.
