Arc Trooper/Phase I Officer (Realistic Style) DIY Kit

This is the awesome Arc Trooper variant of the Clone Trooper Phase I Helmet. The difference being it has a Rangefinder. You can create any Phase I Arc Trooper or any Phase I Officer from this kit. The Rangefinder has also been updated from my previous one to be more accurate to the Battlefront II game. The locking mechanism has been rotated 180’. So the previously internal disc is now on the outside, with a bolt with internal thread that goes through both discs and the helmet, where a real bolt can be threaded through a large washer. This is much stronger and more accurate.
This helmet has been designed from scratch to be as accurate as possible. In real life, the movie version of this helmet would be impossible to put on your head. We wanted to retainin the neck collar and it not look odd, so we widened the hole so that the helmet can be put on and taken off without removing entire sections like some alternative models.
The Nose grill and side vents are cut out allowing for real wire mesh to be added.
*Please note - This is a DIY kit. The first images are what you can make on your own, and the fun really is all in the build! The parts will need to be glued, filled, sanded, primed and painted. Actual items received are the following raw 3D Printed parts:
Main helmet x 3 parts (Front, back and dome)
Commlink
Rangefinder x 7 parts (Head, stalk, Inner disc, Outer disc, thread bolt, bolt, washer)

SIZING
This helmet fits most adult male heads. If you believe you have a head larger than the average Uk male of 57.2 cm circumference (measured at the brow), then please add a note to your order or message us on Facebook and we can make arrangements to print larger.

Orders are printed on demand. We usually dispatch within 1-2 weeks. However depending on volume or print failures it can take 1-4 weeks so please bare with us.
