First Order Storm Trooper Helmet DIY Kit (The Force Awakens & The Last Jedi) Double Pack

*Please Note- This is a Raw 3d printed DIY Kit. The parts will need to be assembled, filled, sanded smooth and painted and the fun is all in the build!

We have designed both The Force Awakens and The Last Jedi versions of this helmet. They are identical in every way except on the nose and mouth area. The Force Awakens version has no mouth grills and a broader nose plate showing more of a smile with the black hexagonal mesh. The Last Jedi version has the addition of vertical grills on the hexagonal mouth piece and a sharper, meaner nose plate that drops down further.

This is a Double Pack Listing of both full helmet Kits.

We spent a great deal of time getting the accuracy of this design just right, from the bevelled edges of the helmet to the angle of the vocoder as well as separating it and making it logistically easier to paint without excessive masking.

The helmet is separated in 6 main parts with backing panels for the rectangular grills and accents so you can print and paint all the black and white parts individually and then glue together without any fussy masking. The only part that will need any masking is the bottom black stripe.

We have also made the brand new addition of guide clips surrounding the visor on the inside of the helmet so you can pop a visor in without the need for glue or plastic weld and it’ll stay in place!

This helmet fits most adult male heads. If you believe you have a head larger than the average Uk male of 60 cm circumference (measured at the brow), then please add a note to your order and we can scale up or down.

HOW LONG?

1-4 weeks print time. 3D printing is a very slow process and we never rush our printers so quality is best.
